Finding your Player ID

Open the game and go to Settings → About. Your Player ID is on that screen, and you can copy it straight from there.
Why we always ask for it
Astra Idle has no username and no email address — you never gave us one. The Player ID is the only thing that connects you to your save, your purchases, and your progress on our side.
That makes it the difference between us finding your data and not:
- Support requests — restoring a purchase or investigating lost progress starts with looking up that ID.
- Privacy requests — a request to access or delete your data cannot be actioned without it. There is no other way for us to identify your records, which is a real consequence of building the game account-free.
If you linked Sign in with Apple we may be able to find you that way too, but the Player ID is unambiguous and much faster.
Keep it to yourself
Treat it like a receipt number: send it to us, but don’t post it publicly. It is the key we use to identify your records.
